Cancellation Policy

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

NON – REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS

Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as “Non-Refundable.” In such cases, cancellations or modifications will not be eligible for a refund.

EARLY DEPARTURES AND NO-SHOWS

• Guests who leave before their scheduled check-out date will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows (failure to check in without prior notice) will be charged the full booking amount.

DATE MODIFICATIONS

• Guests may request a modification to their booking dates, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
• Date modifications made less than 7 days before arrival may be subject to cancellation fees.

FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions, we will assess cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer rescheduling or credits for future stays.
